Calling all female founders, leaders, investors, and other allies in NYC! (men are welcome) Make new friends with likeminds in the tech ecosystem, exchange ideas and knowledge, and learn from our amazing speakers during an intimate fireside chat (see their bios below).
Fireside chat: We will cover topics such as the startup founding journey, VC vs. founder life, growing your personal brand, getting your startup acquired, biggest challenges faced (including common legal issues faced by startups) and how to overcome them. There'll be time for open Q&A as well!

Zoe Leavitt: Zoe is a VC-turned-entrepreneur, now building at the intersection of web3 and alcohol. She was previously Principal at ZX Ventures (VC arm of AB InBev - the world's largest beer company). At ZX, she led early-stage investments in startups building the social experiences of the future: changing the ways we drink together, party together, make new friends, and more. She was also named LinkedIn's #1 Voice in Retail in 2018, and has >60,000 followers. Zoe graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
Agatha Kluk: Agatha is a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP, where she leads the company's East Coast Startup & Emerging Companies Practice. She was previously the founding partner at Kluk Farber Law, which was acquired by Perkins Coie in 2022. At Kluk Farber Law, Agatha represented entrepreneurs, emerging and growth companies, and venture funds, and advised them on day to day legal issues that arise during the life cycle of a growth business. She has also advised on Company Financings, Company Formations, Executive & Equity Compensation and Corporate Transactions. Agatha obtained both her J.D. degree and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from NYU.
