He has led and evaluated investments across mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and equity and debt financings, and has worked closely with management teams on new product development, repositioning, and growth initiatives. Drawing on a background in private equity, strategic consulting, and operational leadership, Ryan brings a comprehensive, hands-on approach to assessing opportunities and translating investment theses into executable value-creation plans. His expertise includes deal structuring and negotiations, financial modeling and valuation, competitive strategy, and building and leading high-performing teams.
Mandy Teefey, CEO, Wondermind ($5M raised): Mandy Teefey is the CEO and co-founder of Wondermind, as well as the founder and CEO of Kicked to the Curb Productions, where she has developed award-winning and nominated content. Fueled by drive and storytelling, Mandy uses this to anchor Wondermind’s innovative ecosystem deeply in relatable and groundbreaking content. Truly understanding the value and hunger for inclusivity, her goal is to change the narrative on how mental health is represented. Mandy is best known for Thirteen Reasons Why. She is a Patron of Women in Film and is a member of the Producers Guild of America. Mandy’s philanthropic endeavors include Alliance for Children’s Rights, mentoring youth and Mental Health rights, and is a national organ donation reform advocate. When she’s not working or spending quality time with her family, she enjoys supporting small businesses grounded in the journal and planning community, or escaping city life to go glamping off the grid.
