David is passionate about ensuring socioeconomic background is no barrier to success in tech.
Theo Wethered, Principal , Nauta Capital ($600M AUM): Theo Wethered is a Principal at Nauta Capital, a pan-European VC firm investing in early-stage B2B software companies with over €550M in assets under management. He works across the full investment process, from thematic research and sourcing founders to representing the fund on portfolio company boards. Before Nauta, Theo worked in VC at Molten Ventures, strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting, and held roles at several startups. He holds a Natural Sciences degree from the University of Cambridge.
