Sungjoon Cho, Founder, Fortitude Ventures ($21M AUM): Sungjoon Cho is the Founder & Managing Partner of Fortitude Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm focused on AI and Robotics powered autonomy.
Sungjoon has been investing in computing platform shifts for over a decade as a Silicon Valley–based VC, backing early-stage companies across multiple generations of AI and robotics—from computer vision and machine learning to today’s advances in generative AI. An engineer by training, he began his career in the late 2000s as a technical product manager for Samsung’s mobile System-on-Chip processors during the last computing paradigm shift, and later advised companies navigating mobile disruption as a consultant at McKinsey.
