He has played a central role in building Aspire’s all-in-one financial operating system for small and medium-sized businesses across Southeast Asia, helping scale the company’s engineering and product infrastructure since its founding in 2018. Prior to Aspire, Casinelli co-founded several startups including BonAppetour, where he served as CEO and CTO, and launched ventures such as CryptoJobs and Meteor Link, reflecting a strong background in startup development and software engineering. He studied computer engineering at Politecnico di Milano and later participated in Y Combinator’s W18 batch, experiences that shaped his focus on building scalable fintech platforms and developer-driven products.
Arvind Ayyala, Partner, Geodesic Capital ($1B AUM): Arvind Ayyala is a Partner at Geodesic Capital and the creator of the UNPAK3D Podcast, bringing a unique blend of hands-on startup experience, strategic insight, and investment acumen.
