Chaitenya Razdan is the Founder and CEO of Care+Wear, a leading provider of innovative healthwear focused on creating positive and effective healing experiences for people everywhere. Previously, Razdan was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs as well as a strategy consultant at A.T. Kearney. He was named one of Goldman Sachs’ 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2015 and a 2018 Rising Star in Healthcare by Becker’s Healthcare Review. Razdan is a proud University of Virginia graduate with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is an active alumnus, serving on the reunion committees for both schools and on alumni boards for the University of Virginia.
Eva Goicochea is a former legislative aide turned startup operator, NYC-based Éva Goicochea is the founder / CEO of maude, a company redefining sexual wellness and the first brand in its category to launch at Sephora. One of only 10 Latinas to raise $10M+ ($13M) in venture, her work at maude has been featured in 2,500+ press pieces and exhibited at the Louvre. Éva has received numerous awards including Vogue Business 100 Innovators and Beauty Independent’s Entrepreneur of the Year. In her spare time, she runs Founders' Weekend, a platform for entrepreneurs, mentors, and is the Co-Host of the podcast, Can I Call You?
Melanie Masarin is the founder and CEO of Ghia, a non-alcoholic aperitif designed to change the way we think about drinking and socializing. Ghia was inspired by the summers enjoyed with her family in the South of France near the Mediterranean – moments spent entertaining friends, cooking together, and having conversations that lasted until dawn. Ghia is meant to create an aperitivo hour that, like those childhood memories, invites everyone to the table and transports you to a place of simple pleasures and connection without numbing the night. Melanie is the recipient of a Forbes 30 Under 30 award (2018;e-comm & retail) and Ghia was named one of Fast Company’s 2024 Brands that Matter and top 10 most innovative consumer goods companies of 2022, won Best New Product in the BevNET Best of 2022 Awards, is a Gold Medal Winner in the L.A. Spirits Awards Non-Alcoholic Category, and remains the first and only non-alcoholic brand in history to win Esquire’s “Drink of the Year” award.
