What data do we collect

When you use our platform, app, or associated tools or services, we may collect the following kinds of personal information from you as needed:

• Name, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn profile URL, company, job title, education information, function, sector, profile picture
• Areas of expertise and interest, hobbies, dietary preferences for socials
• Country and city
• Texts, images, videos, and other recordings shared in Community tab
• Social media account ID and other publicly available information
• Communications with us (such as e-mails with customer service representatives for quality assurance and training purposes)
• Searches you conduct and other interactions with you on our online services and app
• Other communications that occur through the platform among users
• Information we receive about you from third parties such as our business and affiliate partners and authorized service providers, such as LinkedIn, which may include updated contact information, which we may add to your account or profile

When you install our app or use our platform, we automatically collect the following types of information from your device:

• IP address
• Device type, model
• Unique device identification numbers
• Operating system and version
• Mobile carrier
• Device and telephone connectivity information such as your carrier, network type, network operator, subscriber identity module ("SIM") operator, and SIM country
• How your device has interacted with our online services, including the pages accessed, links clicked, features used, socials you have RSVPed to, along with associated dates and times
• Performance and data usage
• Other technical information such as app name, type, and version as needed to provide you with services

Use of personal information

We use your personal information for various purposes described below:

• To fulfill the reason you provided the information to us
• To enable us to serve you better by curating and personalizing services to you
• To communicate with you about our services, including announcements and offers

• To improve our services, including research and product development

We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may send you promotional email offers or email you about your use of our services. We disclose your Personal Data to service providers and other parties for the following business purposes:

• Allowing us to serve you better through services like secure authentication and chat communication

We will retain your personal information in accordance with all applicable laws, for as long as it may be relevant to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Statement, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Personal Data of Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under 13; if you are a child under 13, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use our services or send us any personal data. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. What rights users have over their data

You have certain rights and choices with respect to your personal information, as described below:

• If you have an account with us, you may change your communication preferences by either (1) logging in and updating the information in your account or (2) contacting us at info@supermomos.com
• You can update the accuracy of your information at any time by either logging into your account or contacting us
• If you no longer wish to receive marketing and promotional emails, you may unsubscribe by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email. You can also log into your account to change communication settings or contact us at info@supermomos.com
• For our mobile app, you can view and manage notifications and preferences in-app and in your operating system settings
• If we are processing your personal information on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at info@supermomos.com. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before you withdrew consent and it will not affect our processing of your personal information that is conducted in reliance on a legal basis other than consent

• Request information about the purpose of the processing activities
• Delete your personal information

The cloud servers for our platform are located in Singapore. Third-party service providers operate in other countries around the world. When we collect your personal information, we may process it in any of those countries.

We want you to feel confident about using our platform and all associated tools and services, and we are committed to taking appropriate steps to protect the information we collect. While no company can guarantee absolute security, we do take reasonable steps to implement appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process.
