This time we head to Sunken meadow state park in Long Island which offers stunning views of the north fork of Long Island with Connecticut in a distance.

This is a moderate level 3.5 mile hike with a few elevations.

For those traveling by train -> We meet at Penn Station around 10 am and take the Port Jefferson Branch LIRR to Kings Park.

For those driving -> Search for Sunken meadow trail in the gps and we meet at the parking lot. There is a $10 Parking charge.
