We have chosen to focus on the O-1/EB-1 visa in part because of its higher rate of success and applicability for founders or soon-to-be founders. The so-called, 'Genius visa' is much more attainable than it appears, but it requires being smart about how you position yourself.
This in depth session will explore each of the criteria for the two extraordinary ability categories – O-1 for nonimmigrants and EB-1 for immigrants. By attending this session you will gain skills and insight on how to strengthen your profile to make these lofty visas classifications a reality.
