Yoga Sculpt @ 7PM Friday 6/28 LIC

Hi there,

Myself and a friend are hosting yoga sculpt class at 7PM in Long Island City on Friday 6/28!

Yoga sculpt is a moderate to high intensity fitness class integrated with traditional yoga postures.

You need to bring:
-your yoga mat
-a towel
-water
-1lb or 2lb weights (optional)

We plan to use body weight but if you want to bring some light weights with you feel free to.
