Jamie Moy

Jamie currently works in the investment team at Lighter Capital where she partners and advises startups on their funding needs. Jamie has been in the start up ecosystem for over a decade as a founder, operator, investor, advisor and most importantly, community builder. Formerly she was a Wall Street executive with 20+ years of experience.

Prior to Lighter Capital, Jamie was the co-founder and COO of Healiom, Inc., an AI driven care logistics platform that enables access to specialist care on demand. Healiom was founded at the start of Covid-19 to tackle the supply and demand imbalance in healthcare and the constrained environment to allow providers to focus on providing care.

Jamie founded Strongurl where she served as a Council Member with The Digital Economist, spearheaded a social impact venture studio, and launched the BLunch community. BLunch was created to elevate and encourage women in blockchain/tech. In two years, over 20 events were attended by 100s of women, across four generations. For NYC Blockchain Week 2019, Jamie and Strongurl was selected by IBM Blockchain to represent their Signature Event! The conference featured 20+ female leaders in blockchain with a focus on diversity across age, ethnicity and professional experiences.

Jamie also co-founded Women on the Block, the first blockchain conference to feature female thought leaders globally and to promote empowerment of women to ensure diversity and inclusion in technology. The conferences were held in NYC and Singapore.

She was also a contributing editor for @ForbesWomen and is a recipient of the inaugural Golden Token Awards 2018 for Female Leader of the Year.

Jamie started her career on Wall Street having worked at JPMorgan Chase, Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse and DLJ, in functions across capital markets, structured products, investor relations, derivatives, credit, buy-side, operations, product and strategy.
