He currently supports the General Management team of Hamilton on Broadway, one of the longest-running and most influential productions in contemporary theatre. His projects span Broadway, Off-Broadway, and major regional institutions. His credits include Sweeney Todd (Broadway revival), Hamilton (Broadway), Chasing Rainbows (Paper Mill Playhouse), Only Gold (Off-Broadway), and Dead Outlaw (Off-Broadway), as well as managing the sold-out Punch Brothers musical variety series featuring guest artists from James Taylor to Kacey Musgraves. With a background bridging creative development, logistics, and large-scale event coordination, Greg brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to shepherding new work from idea to stage.
Jonathan Hogue, Producer-Writer-Composer: Jonathan Hogue is a Tony-nominated producer and two-time Drama Desk-nominated writer/composer, with speciality in new work development and creative branding. He is the Creator and Lead Producer of Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical (Book, Music & Lyrics; Drama Desk Nominee), which completed a hit nine-month off-Broadway run in 2023 and launched productions around the US and internationally. Other producing credits: The Queen of Versailles, Illinoise (Tony Nominee), How To Dance In Ohio, and Golem Owned A Tropical Smoothie. Jonathan is also an Associate Producer for Davenport Theatrical Enterprises, and is a Self-Producing Coach for the Theatermakers Studio. Marty McGuire, Associate General Manager, TT Partners: Current general management projects include the Broadway productions of The Book of Mormon, Chess, and Schmigadoon. Past Broadway projects include The Hills of California, Illinoise, Merrily We Roll Along, Leopoldstadt, the 2022 revival of Death of a Salesman, the 2021 revival of Company, and the first national tour of Mean Girls — in addition to The 75th Annual Tony Awards. Marty previously worked at the Ordway on SIX’s pre-Broadway engagement and was the Director of Production for the Adirondack Theatre Festival after previously serving as its Artistic Associate. Marty prides himself on using data-driven decision-making to create financial models for shows on Broadway and off Broadway that are achievable and sustainable.
Ethan Crystal, Singer-Actor-Writer-Musician-Comedian: Ethan has appeared on TV, Off-Broadway, and online in various shapes and forms. Career highlights include FOX’s “Don’t Forget The Lyrics”, HBO’s I Know This Much Is True, the Spongebob Squarepants page, For The Record: The Brat Pack aboard the Norwegian Escape, NBC’s “The Sing Off”, and currently Exorcistic: The Rock Musical.
He is the co-writer of Golem Owned a Tropical Smoothie, an award-winning new musical about Golem owning & operating a smoothie shop in Panama City Beach, Florida. Ethan & his cowriter, Garrett Poladian, premiered this show in the crew bar of the Norwegian Escape in 2018, and went on to create Crew Bar Productions - a production company housing this musical, their podcast, Quiet Time, and their sketch channel, Gay Straight Allyance.
Garrett Poladian, Theatre-maker: Originally from Panama City Beach, Florida… Garrett Poladian is the co-writer and creator of “Golem Owned a Tropical Smoothie.”
His stage and screen credits include “Titanique,” “Stranger Sings! Parody Musical,” “Joan,” “For The Record: The Brat Pack,” “Student i” directed by Laura Lau (Open Water, Silent House), and most recently the feature film, “The Goatman.” Currently appearing in “Golem’s Christmas Extravaganza” at The Tank!
