Speakers:Matt Boras, Managing Director, RXR ARDEN Digital Ventures (RADV): Matt Boras is the Managing Director and Head of RXR ARDEN Digital Ventures (RADV). Matt joined RXR in 2018 where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing investments in early-stage PropTech and ConTech companies as well as supporting existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining RXR, Matt was a Vice President in Colony Capital’s Special Situations Group and previously, predecessor NorthStar, where he focused on strategic investments in operating companies as well as real estate private equity and credit investments.
Matt received an AB in International Relations from Brown University and is a Kauffman Fellow.
Dabir Rashid, Vice President , Diversis Capital ($3B AUM): Dabir Rashid is a Vice President at Diversis Capital, where he is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, and working with portfolio companies to identify and implement operational improvements. Prior to joining Diversis Capital, Dabir was an Associate in Morgan Stanley's Natural Resources Investment Banking Group in Houston. Dabir graduated with a BCom, with Honours, from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. In his free time, Dabir enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, cooking and exploring the best eateries in the city.
