Speakers:Brenda Harvey, Former Chairman & CEO of Asia Pacific, IBM ($62.83B ARR): Brenda Harvey is a global technology executive with 35+ years of experience at IBM, formerly serving as the Former Chairman & CEO of IBM APAC. She is currently the Senior Advisor at Insight Partners, a Member of the Board of Directors at Nissan and serves on the board of Alteryx ($4B+ valuation).
Previously, she was the Director on the Singapore Chamber of Commerce for 4 years. She began her career at IBM as a memory component engineer, working across the breadth of IBM services, product portfolio and industries delivering strategic business and technology value for global clients across multiple industries and federal agencies.
As a Non-Executive Independent Board Director and Audit Committee member for Nissan Motor Corp, where she brings international business strategy, governance and oversight, fiduciary responsibility, and cross-functional diversity of experience and thought to accelerate Nissan's Ambition 2030 electrification innovation commitments.
Shi-Hui Ang, Senior Vice President, Global Active Equities, GIC ($936B AUM): Shi-Hui Ang is currently a Portfolio Manager at GIC based out of New York, focused on US and European listed healthcare investments for the Global Active Equities team. Previously, Shi-Hui was part of the Asia Equities team in Singapore managing the team's healthcare portfolio between 2012 and 2022. Shi-Hui completed a Master's in Finance at MIT Sloan School of Management, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Additionally, Shi-Hui gained early experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan.
