Chan serves as General Counsel at JLL Technologies, spearheading legal strategy for artificial intelligence, data innovation, and venture capital across one of the world's largest commercial real estate firms. Based in San Francisco, he recently concluded a transformative decade in Singapore, leading JLL's 70+ attorney Asia Pacific team across 16 countries. His career bridges law and technology innovation, having previously driven e-commerce growth at Lazada (Alibaba Group) and RedMart during Southeast Asia's digital boom. He is also a Limited Partner at Gold House Ventures, Director of QuantAlpha, and an angel investor.
